The company has recently expanded operations into the United States, trading as Pottinger Global Advisors. The firm competes primarily against the corporate advisory teams of global investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and UBS, other M&A specialists such as Greenhill, Lazard and Gresham and the global consulting firms such as McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group.
